Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Senior Manager of AMI Programs to lead the strategy, design, development, implementation, and execution of Fundamentals Courses. Reporting to Associate Director/Director of Medical Education, this role partners with AMI teams, brands, and field sales to plan and deliver programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years related experience.
• 3+ years in Pharmaceutical/Medical Aesthetics Marketing or Sales.
• Experience with facial injectables preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and design of AMI programs within a multi-functional team.
• Oversee content development with curricula team and promotional assets.
• Select and coach faculty for each program.
• Manage operations and vendor coordination for programs.
• Analyze program metrics and report insights to improve scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and field teams.
