Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 4–6 years related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device in Marketing and Sales.
• Experience with facial injectables is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking.
• Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AMI program strategy and design for CoolSculpting, Botox, JUVÉDERM and SkinMedica.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across curriculum, marketing and field sales.
• Lead program development, content creation and promotional activities.
• Own program operations, logistics and vendor collaboration.
• Analyze program metrics to improve learner outcomes and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
