Job summary

Fitch Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Enablement Partner to drive regional rollout and localization of global enablement programs from our New York office.

You will work closely with AMER sales leaders to tailor delivery, ensure timely adoption, and connect regional needs to the global enablement hub. The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement or related fields, strong facilitation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales enablement or related roles.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales teams in region.
• Strong facilitation and live delivery skills.
• Ability to localize content for different markets and audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional rollout of global enablement programs across the AMER region.
• Localize content and delivery to meet AMER market needs while maintaining global standards.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to align enablement with commercial goals.
• Deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and readiness programs.
• Gather field feedback and communicate regional needs to the global enablement hub.
• Support leadership in reinforcing key behaviors and adoption in the field.
