Job summary

Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Partner based out of our New York Office. You will act as the AMER regional enablement partner for the commercial organization, delivering global programs, localizing content, and ensuring strong field adoption.

You will lead regional rollout, collaborate with sales leaders, deliver live sessions, and gather feedback to improve programs. A 5+ year background in sales enablement and ability to operate in a matrix global environment are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales enablement or related role.
• Experience supporting regional sales teams.
• Experience delivering live enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of global enablement programs across the region.
• Localize content, messaging, and delivery for AMER needs.
• Partner with regional leaders to align programs with commercial goals.
• Deliver live enablement sessions and workshops for AMER teams.
• Gather field feedback and communicate needs to the global hub.
• Support regional planning discussions to connect enablement with business.
