Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager for Amazon to drive sell-through, share growth, and account marketing strategy across our brand portfolio. You will lead traffic, conversion, and ROAS, coordinating with Growth & Demand, Digital Shelf, Brand CoE, and IHA/Content CoE to execute omnichannel standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Amazon marketplace, ecommerce, or retail media experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing Amazon growth strategies including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with fluency in Amazon reporting tools.
• Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing lead for the Amazon channel - account-facing across the retailer and RMEO.
• Develop and own the Amazon account marketing strategy in partnership with Product Marketing, CoEs and Sales.
• Build the Amazon marketing calendar to maximize channel potential across seasons, launches, and moments.
• Drive Amazon sell-through, ROAS, and share growth by brand across the Amazon channel.
• Lead A+ content, brand store, and PDP execution in partnership with IHA and Digital Shelf & CRM.
• Own Amazon retailer relationships with Ads reps, Retail team, and agency partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Amazon channel performance including sell-through and availability.
