Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager for the Amazon channel to drive sell-through, growth, and account marketing strategy across multiple brands. The role leads cross-functional coordination with Growth & Demand, Digital Shelf, CRM, and Brand CoE to execute omnichannel standards.

The candidate will partner with Product Marketing and Sales to craft account strategies, build calendars, and manage all account-facing marketing initiatives in a hybrid environment with a day on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Amazon marketplace, ecommerce, or retail media experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing Amazon growth strategies including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm, search dynamics, and PDP conversion drivers.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with fluency in Amazon reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon channel marketing strategy with cross-functional teams
• Develop the Amazon account marketing calendar for seasonal launches
• Drive sell-through, ROAS, and share growth across brands
• Own Amazon retailer relationships including Ads reps and agencies
• Lead A+ content, brand store, and PDP execution with CoE teams
• Oversee Amazon search rank, sponsored placement, and organic ranking strategy
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs like ROAS and availability
• Support set up of new SKUs for 3P partners
