Job summary

Straight Up Growth is seeking a Sr. Advertising Manager to lead our Amazon Advertising practice. You will drive strategic campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP to maximize client performance.

Responsibilities include data-driven optimization, keyword and market research, client strategy consultations, and regular reporting of KPIs. You’ll collaborate with a senior team and report to the Director of Ads.

Qualifications

• Experience with AMC, Amazon Search, and DSP.
• Advanced data analysis using Google Sheets pivot tables.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to optimize processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage Amazon campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
• Monitor and optimize performance to improve ROAS and TACoS.
• Conduct keyword, category, and market research.
• Provide client strategy recommendations and performance insights.
• Generate and analyze performance reports and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of Amazon ecosystem and marketplace dynamics.
