Job summary

Deloitte Sales & Service is seeking an Amazon Connect Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, to design, configure, and build Amazon Connect contact center capabilities for clients using AWS services and integrations.

The role is hands-on, leading workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding onshore/offshore developers to deliver secure, scalable solutions. 6+ years in IT delivery and 3+ years Amazon Connect delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT/software delivery
• 3+ years delivering enterprise contact center or cloud solutions end-to-end
• 2+ years leading a technical workstream or small delivery team
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Design and build Amazon Connect solutions (contact flows, routing/queues, IVR, prompts, hours/holiday logic)
• Develop integrations using AWS services and enterprise systems
• Own technical tasks from design through deployment
• Support sprint execution by managing dependencies across teams
• Contribute to quality via code reviews, standards, monitoring/logging, defect triage
• Troubleshoot production issues and support release cutovers and post-go-live stabilization
• Provide day-to-day client-facing technical guidance; contribute to proposals/solutioning as needed
