Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Amazon Connect Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation in the United States. You will design, configure, and build Amazon Connect contact center capabilities, translate requirements into flows and integrations, and coordinate with onshore/offshore developers.

Qualifications

6+ years IT/software delivery experience including 3+ years in enterprise contact center or cloud solutions
3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect implementation (flows, routing, IVR, integrations, testing, cutover)
2+ years leading a technical workstream or small delivery team (onshore/offshore)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Ability to travel up to 50% on average

Responsibilities

Design and build Amazon Connect solutions (flows, routing, IVR, prompts, hours logic)
Develop integrations with AWS services and enterprise systems (CRM/ITSM)
Own tasks from design to deployment (estimates, stories, docs, tests)
Support sprint execution and unblock development across teams
Contribute to quality via code reviews, monitoring, and defect triage
Troubleshoot production issues and assist releases
Provide day-to-day client-facing technical guidance and proposals as needed
