Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Customer Account Specialist to own Amazon category growth and drive annual sales and spend targets. You will lead analytics, forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, and supply chain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own customer category growth and achieve annual sales and spend targets.
• Develop category plans and present new items and 4P initiatives to customers.
• Manage distribution tracking, promotions, forecasting, and deduction management.
• Oversee trade spend administration and monthly reconciliation with Sales Finance.
• Lead analytics for the Amazon Coffee & Beverage portfolio and build data tracking.
• Contribute to monthly forecasts with CAMs and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate forecast information with Amazon and Nestlé counterparts.
• Act as primary contact for Amazon Vendor Services relationships.
