U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned leader to supervise a team providing accounting and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.

You will act as a trusted advisor, assess changing business needs, and oversee risk mitigation while guiding complex expense and incentive fee calculations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years in alternative investments, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of portfolio accounting and GAAP.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience in alternative investments.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with portfolio accounting concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership ability.

Mansioni

• Supervises a team of administrators handling accounting and investor servicing.
• Acts as escalation point and drives issue resolution and process changes.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audit and tax reviews.
• Set up and processing of complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
