U.S. Bank is seeking a senior professional to supervise a team of administrators handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. You will act as trusted advisor, assess changing strategies, and guide issue resolution to support client growth and compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of portfolio accounting, U.S. GAAP, and investment management, plus strong communication and leadership in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (with intermediate to expert Excel skills), PCS (Investran) and/or Cascade.
• General knowledge and understanding of portfolio accounting, U.S. GAAP and the investment management industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven team-oriented, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises a team of administrators who are responsible for accounting and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Identifies risk-related issues through data review and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types and transactions.
