Job summary

AvidXchange is seeking a senior Principal Alliance Manager to translate the channel strategy into actionable plans for the VAR portfolio, owning recruitment, enablement, activation and growth.

You’ll lead partnerships with Microsoft, Netsuite, Sage and Acumatica ecosystems, coordinating cross-functional teams to create a robust revenue pipeline and joint customer success. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development in SaaS/ERP.
• Strong network with senior VARs and enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through partnerships.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, marketing and finance.

Responsibilities

• Refine VAR strategy and engagement models with senior leaders.
• Own partner recruitment, enablement, activation and pipeline growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and serve as primary contact for tier 1 partners.
• Develop and execute end-to-end VAR ecosystem from recruitment to closing deals.
• Drive GTM plans with partners focusing on sales, marketing and solutions consulting.
• Manage partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, track performance metrics.
• Present to executive stakeholders and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Travel up to 50% to support key partner activities.
