Job summary

TYLin in the United States is seeking a Program Director - Airport Terminals to lead major terminal redevelopment programs from planning through construction support. This role requires guiding multidisciplinary teams and serving as a trusted advisor to airport authorities, design partners, and executives.

You will oversee terminal redevelopments, passenger processing facilities, landside interfaces, and related infrastructure, with a focus on schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Planning.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Leadership of large airport terminal design programs in US or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
• Serve as primary executive interface with airport owners, program teams, and stakeholders.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Develop program execution strategies balancing cost, schedule, quality and risk objectives.
• Provide executive oversight through planning, design, procurement and construction support phases.
• Manage governance, reporting and executive communications.
• Guide technical decision-making balancing operations, commercial and passenger experience priorities.
