Job summary

TYLin, a global infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking a Program Director – Airport Terminals to lead major terminal redevelopment programs in the United States and beyond. You will guide planning through construction and interface with owners, design partners, and executives, mentoring engineers, architects, and planners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of large airport terminal design programs within the United States or internationally.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Proven ability to oversee large capital programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with airport authorities, owners, and program stakeholders.
• Knowledge of airport planning, terminal design, and passenger experience.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or P3 delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
• Serve as the primary executive interface with airport owners, program management teams, and key stakeholders.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and specialty consultants.
• Develop program execution strategies balancing cost, schedule, quality, and risk objectives.
• Provide executive oversight through planning, design, procurement, and construction support phases.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive communications.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical leaders in the aviation practice.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
