TYLin is seeking an exceptional Program Director, Aviation (MEP) to join our Aviation team and lead delivery of a multi-billion-dollar terminal redevelopment program in the US. You will guide planning, design and procurement while coordinating diverse engineering and construction partners.

This senior role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record delivering complex aviation capital programs in active environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading airport infrastructure or terminal redevelopment programs.
• Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PE licensure preferred; aviation program leadership valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major aviation infrastructure program on behalf of the client.
• Provide strategic leadership across complex mechanical, electrical and utility projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams through planning, design and execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client representatives and executive stakeholders.
• Lead program governance, risk management, scheduling, commercial oversight and quality.
• Coordinate multiple consultants, contractors and partners across a large program.
• Drive collaboration between designers, constructors and client teams for outcomes.
• Provide leadership through procurement, design development, construction and commissioning.
• Champion safety, quality, innovation and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop project leadership teams in a high-performance culture.
