Job summary

TYLin, a global infrastructure firm, seeks a Program Director, Aviation (MEP) to lead a multi-billion-dollar terminal redevelopment program in the US. You will guide planning, design, procurement and commissioning, overseeing cross-functional teams and coordinating client and contractor partners.

This senior role requires a proven track record in large airport programs, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in regulated, complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE licensure preferred or registered.
• Aviation program leadership experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major aviation infrastructure program.
• Provide strategic leadership across complex mechanical, electrical and utility infrastructure projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams throughout planning, design and execution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client representatives and executive stakeholders.
• Lead program governance, risk management, scheduling, commercial oversight and quality management.
• Coordinate multiple consultants, contractors, specialty disciplines and project partners across a large, integrated program.
