TYLin is seeking a Program Director - Airport Terminals to lead planning, design, and delivery of major terminal redevelopment programs. You will interface with airport owners, design partners, contractors, and executives to align objectives and drive value across multi-billion-dollar programs.
Ideal candidates have 15+ years in aviation infrastructure and proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, design and construction support in the US or internationally.
Qualifications
- 15+ years delivering major aviation infrastructure projects.
- Led large airport terminal design programs in US or internationally.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Oversee large capital programs with multiple workstreams.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
- Serve as primary executive interface with airport owners and stakeholders.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
- Develop program execution strategies for cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Provide executive oversight through planning, design, procurement, and construction support.
- Mentor project managers and support business development activities.
