Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Program Director for Aviation (MEP) to lead and deliver major terminal redevelopment projects in the United States. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee planning, design, and construction, and collaborate with senior client representatives and partners across engineering, architecture and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred.
• Aviation project leadership experience is valuable; other relevant aviation program leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for planning, coordination, and delivery of major Mechanical, Electrical and Plant Infrastructure initiatives supporting terminal redevelopment.
• Oversee decommissioning of existing central utility infrastructure and delivery of new heating, refrigeration and mechanical plant systems.
• Serve as trusted client advisor, oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, coordinate consultants/contractors, and ensure successful execution across all project phases.
• Lead governance, risk management, scheduling, commercial oversight and quality management.
• Mentor and develop project leadership teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
