Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, seeks an AI Workflow and Systems Design Lead—Remote. This senior role partners with business and tech teams to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work, guiding discovery and architecture in a large, collaborative enterprise.

You will translate business needs into implementation-ready designs, lead design practices, and ensure scalable, reusable patterns across the organization, while maintaining a strong emphasis on governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, product/service innovation, management consulting, or product management.
• Strong AI fluency, including practical knowledge of generative AI, agents, automation, retrieval, decision support, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across multiple teams and platforms.
• Design end-to-end systems of work connecting front-stage experiences with backstage people, processes, data, and AI agents.
• Identify where AI adds value via automation, augmentation, or decision support within workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to align multi-functional teams on future-state decisions.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, implementation-ready design artifacts.
