Job summary

Asana is seeking a consultant to drive enterprise customer transitions to Agentic Workflow Management (AWM) from Chicago with a hybrid schedule. You will design structured engagements, align stakeholders on adoption plans, and lead measurable outcomes across high-value workflows.

You will partner with executive sponsors and front-line teams to map processes, configure workflows, and demonstrate tangible business impact using Asana AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Proven knowledge of generative AI and platform technologies.
• Ability to guide teams through AI change management with empathy.
• Track record of managing complex, concurrent enterprise projects.
• Customer-centric discovery facilitation and requirement translation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment across executive to end-user audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements aligning stakeholders on setup, priorities, and success metrics.
• Document and transition clear implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide end-to-end process mapping, workflow configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements and milestones.
• Develop deployment roadmaps for scaling Asana AI usage and adoption.
• Lead recurring check-ins with account teams to monitor workflow performance and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and R&D to surface expansion signals and translate momentum into growth.
• Build repeatable frameworks for delivery across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
