Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) seeks a Principal Engagement Manager to lead delivery of large Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs, orchestrating 50+ person teams to deliver AI, data, and modernization outcomes for top HCLS organizations.

Your objective is to drive distinctive customer outcomes, leading AI-native development and shaping program direction, risks, and interdependencies with senior stakeholders to ensure ROI and success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology transformation program management.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs ($10M+/year) end-to-end.
• 3+ years experience in the Telco industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models.
• Experience adopting governance frameworks for new technology-driven delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success.
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and change management.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs and scale multi-agent workflows.
