Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executive staff on effective and responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training Harvey AI OR law-firm AI/legal tech consulting.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Build and publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
