Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and governance of enterprise AI in a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and author digital learning content for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

The role emphasizes training on Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, and other AI tools, with a focus on practical workflows and responsible usage. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering and token management.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT) to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live and virtual training focusing on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Train on Harvey and other enterprise AI tools and guide adoption.
