G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to evaluate AI training interactions for coding agents. This contractual, remote role focuses on assessing how AI tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor perform in realistic developer scenarios, emphasizing usefulness and engineering judgement.

You won’t write production code. Instead you’ll critique model behavior, justify your assessments, and deliver actionable feedback with written notes and Loom walkthroughs when required.

Qualifications

• Requires senior-level software engineering experience evaluating AI-assisted coding tools.
• Must be able to articulate feedback clearly in writing.
• Comfortable working remotely and in international teams.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge usefulness, high-level correctness, and engineering judgment in outputs.
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality, not just code accuracy.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback and examples of improvements.
