Qualifications

Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent

Experience evaluating AI coding tools without executing code

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end
Assess usefulness and accuracy of outputs
Provide clear, opinionated feedback in writing
