G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to evaluate AI training interactions with coding agents. You will assess usefulness, reasoning, and engineering judgment without writing production code, and provide clear feedback on what works and what doesn’t.

The role requires senior-level experience, hands-on work with Codex/Claude/Cursor, and strong English communication. This is a remote contract offering 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above).
• Ability to evaluate code without executing it or reviewing every line.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge whether outputs are useful, correct at a high level, and aligned with how a strong engineer would think.
• Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, not just the code.
• Distinguish between levels of response quality and provide clear, opinionated feedback.
