G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI training to evaluate how modern coding agents behave in real-world scenarios.

You will not write production code; instead you’ll assess if the model’s reasoning, explanations, and outputs reflect strong engineering judgment. The role involves evaluating interactions end-to-end, providing clear, opinionated feedback, and helping define what great looks like when using tools like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.

Qualifikationen

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with either OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted developer workflows.
• Able to evaluate code without executing it or reviewing every line.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for detailed feedback and short video explanations.
• Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback.

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness at a high level, and alignment with expert thinking.
• Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, not just the code.
• Provide clear, written feedback on what worked and what felt off.
