The role centers on evaluating AI coding agents like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, ensuring outputs reflect strong engineering judgment and useful explanations. You will review AI-generated coding interactions, provide detailed feedback, and help shape what “great” looks like for AI-assisted development workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with at least one of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Judge usefulness, accuracy, and engineering judgment at a high level.
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality, not just code.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback in writing and brief video explanations.
• Help define what great looks like when using AI coding assistants.
