Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Mid–Senior AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will collaborate with the firm's central training team to design curriculum, deliver live instruction, and guide legal professionals on effective and responsible AI usage.

The role focuses on driving workflow adoption across platforms such as Harvey and foundation models like Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training or enablement.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/ legal tech role.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, and token management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver live virtual and ILT sessions focused on legal workflows.
• Publish modules within Absorb LMS and track usage.
