Maximus seeks a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to design and deliver scalable learning solutions focused on AI literacy and technical skills. You will translate complex topics into engaging formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual) and work with HR, technology teams, and vendors to implement practical training.

The role emphasizes responsible AI use, measurement, and continuous improvement across enterprise learning programs, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

Five or more years in L&D and LMS administration.
Experience supporting global/complex CSOD or similar systems.
Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate business performance gaps into learning strategies.
Experience designing technical training and certification strategies for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
Translate AI concepts into practical learning content for real work scenarios.
Partner with stakeholders to identify skill needs and align learning to business priorities.
Develop learning paths, job aids, guides, and reinforcement resources.
Support LMS strategy, configuration, and system availability.
