Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) within Learning and Organizational Development to build scalable AI learning solutions. You will craft practical AI-focused content, align with enterprise needs, and drive adoption across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with HRIS and Operations, onboard new learning technologies, and ensure content aligns with responsible AI practices. Strong instructional design and CSOD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS). CSOD preferred.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate business needs into learning strategies.
• Experience designing technical training and certification strategies for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create storyboards for eLearning, ILT, virtual and blended formats.
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and learner communications.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Training Operations, and vendors to implement learning solutions.
• Measure learning outcomes using LMS data and surveys to drive improvements.
