This role designs, coordinates, and continuously improves scalable learning solutions, partnering with HRIS, CSOD LMS, and vendor teams to deliver practical AI literacy and job-ready training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years in Corporate Learning & Development and LMS administration (CSOD preferred).
• 3+ years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Experience solving complex issues with strategic thinking.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
• Translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable learning assets with the Training Operations Team.
• Utilize training technology to create scalable solutions.
• Support LMS strategy development and measurement for the organization.
• Audit the LMS system and manage updates with HRIS teams.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to deliver LMS-enabled learning solutions.
• Define LMS roles and permissions.
• Advise on system configuration and availability groups.
• Train Global System Super Users and Admins.
