Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design, coordinate, and continually improve scalable learning solutions for AI literacy and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Three or more years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Experience translating business needs into learning and development strategies.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets with the Training Operations Team.
• Use training technology to provide scalable training solutions.
• Help develop and support LMS strategy and measurement for the organization.
• Support LMS system audits.
• Create and document processes for learning solutions, architecture decisions and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates.
• Work with vendors to onboard learning technologies for delivery, tracking, and creation.
• Consult with leaders and stakeholders to provide learning solutions using LMS functionality.
• Define LMS roles and permissions.
• Support system configuration and availability groups.
• Train Global system Super Users and Admin.
