Job summary

Maximus seeks a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design and scale enterprise AI learning programs. Translate AI concepts into practical content, collaborate with HR, tech teams, and vendors, and lead CSOD/LMS administration enhancements.

Strong instructional design, stakeholder management, and strategic execution required. Remote, nationwide scope. Role focuses on foundational AI literacy, responsible AI, and applied learning experiences across formats while measuring impact

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience required
Five or more years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration required (preferable CSOD)
Three or more years of CSOD experience
Experience solving complex issues with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives
Strategic thinking to translate performance gaps into development strategies

Responsibilities

Execute the development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
Use training technology to provide scalable solutions.
Support LMS strategy development and measurement.
Assist LMS system audits and governance.
Create processes for learning solutions and operating procedures.
Collaborate with HRIS for LMS updates and configurations.
Coordinate vendor onboarding for learning technologies.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to design learning experiences.
