You will help employees build AI and technical skills, use emerging technologies responsibly, and apply learning directly to work. The role emphasizes instructional design judgment, stakeholder collaboration, and disciplined program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience required.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development and LMS administration (CSOD preferred).
• 3+ years supporting CSOD in a global/complex instance.
• Experience handling complex issues requiring in-depth company knowledge.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
• Strategic thinking to translate performance gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Use training tech to deliver scalable training solutions.
• Support LMS strategy development and measurement.
• Assist LMS system audits and governance.
• Create processes for learning solutions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HRIS to support LMS updates.
