Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years in L&D/learning management
CSOD experience and global/complex LMS administration
Ability to translate complex AI topics into learning content
Experience designing storyboards for multiple formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual)
Strong collaboration with stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs
Create storyboards for learning content across formats
Maintain learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and learner communications
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to align learning with business priorities
Measure impact using LMS data and learner feedback
