Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States to bridge business strategy and engineering through AI-powered solutions, data integrations, and automation tools.

The role emphasizes ownership from discovery to deployment, with a focus on reliability, security, and measurable business impact. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI & Data, Revenue, and Marketing to design scalable workflows, develop reusable components, and contribute to shared AI platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C# with production experience.
• Hands-on AI workflow experience, including agents, automations, or tooling.
• Proven production AI delivery with measurable value and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into technical requirements and plans.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions and integrations.
• Own the full solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Write clean, well-tested code with secure, scalable patterns.
• Establish reusable components, connectors, and architectures across teams.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy safeguards, monitoring, and incident readiness.
