Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer based in the United States to lead customer implementations from discussion to go-live. You will design real-time and batch data integrations, and build AI-powered investigation workflows to support fraud and AML programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Proficient with REST APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines; knowledge of Python/JavaScript/TypeScript preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discussions to go-live with project plans and milestones.
• Design customer-specific data integrations including schema mapping and backfills.
• Configure fraud/AML programs and CRR models to detect risks.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for production readiness.
• Support regulatory workflows including SARs/CTRs/CRR and other compliance processes.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure production reliability.
• Train customers and enable self-sufficiency before transitioning to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations, communicate risks early, and develop recovery plans.
• Produce repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable methodologies.
• Share feedback to inform product improvements.
