Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineer (Applied AI/ML) to bridge hands-on AI development with technical leadership, delivering production-ready AI solutions for client needs. You will shape requirements, build agentic systems, and guide projects from discovery to deployment in a remote consulting setup.

You will prototype rapidly while ensuring secure, scalable systems, improve AI observability, and implement safeguards for dependable enterprise adoption across client engagements.

Competenze

• 5+ years in software engineering or technical product engineering, including 1+ year deploying generative AI/LLM in production.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals for real-time, interactive, and batch workloads.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, streaming APIs, event-driven architectures, MCP.

• Identify AI opportunities and facilitate client workshops.
• Prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness, ROI.
• Translate requirements into docs, architectures, and evaluation criteria.
• Build functional proof-of-concept apps and demonstrations quickly.

• Design multi-agent systems with tool calls, planning, and state management.
• Deliver full-stack AI-powered products with APIs, data infra and cloud deployment.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise data integrations.

• Establish evaluation frameworks and observability for production AI.
• Implement safeguards for privacy, PII, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions and measure outcomes.
• Continuously improve AI workflows, retrieval quality, and performance.
