Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers for Applied AI to work directly with GP clients, owning delivery end-to-end from discovery to deployment. This AI-first engineering role requires translating business problems into actionable requirements and delivering working software quickly with a focus on adoption and measurable impact.

You will collaborate with platform and product teams while operating independently on client-edge solutions, maintaining high standards for reliability,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping production software end to end with hands-on AI-enabled apps.
• Own delivery and accountability for shipped software.
• Full-stack capability across data, services, UIs, and infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and operating on a major cloud provider; containers, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Direct client engagement from scoping to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GP clients to identify workflows for AI agents.
• Lead discovery, translate problems into requirements, and plan delivery.
• Own solutions through prototype, validation, hardening, deployment, and rollout.
• Design agentic systems with retrieval, context, and integration.
• Operate independently while collaborating with platform and product teams.
• Document, train users, and drive adoption post-launch.
• Set technical bar and mentor junior engineers.
