Qualifications

• Five to seven years of AI/LLM related experience or equivalent hands-on work.
• Experience as a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer or similar rapid AI development role.
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions with security and governance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and define measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and actionable implementation plans.
• Design, build, and deploy data pipelines, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure compliance.
• Sustain and optimize solutions from concept to production with rapid iteration.
