Qualifications

• Deep practical cybersecurity expertise with hands-on blue-team experience and outcomes you owned.
• Strong software engineering skills beyond security scripting: production code, integrations, debugging, testing.
• Practical AI fluency, including use of AI dev tools and judgment on model evaluation.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting software in cloud or customer-hosted environments.
• Clear customer-facing communication transforming ambiguous needs into technical requirements.
• Independent, senior-level technical judgment and risk elevation.
• Ownership of useful outcomes including verification, documentation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer security and engineering teams to understand workflows, systems, data, risks, and constraints.
• Define a tractable problem, baseline, architecture, and acceptance criteria; explain what to build, defer, or elevate.
• Align engineering work with measurable security outcomes and reveal scope and tradeoffs.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled security workflows connecting models, telemetry, and security systems.
• Deploy and operate in customer environments with proper CI/CD, monitoring and handover.
• Evaluate quality and apply security judgment across prompts, data flows, and cloud services.
