Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in a fully remote role with access from multiple North American locations. You will own end-to-end fintech deployments, integrating real-time APIs and core banking data while tuning AI agents for investigation workflows.

The role emphasizes regulatory alignment (AML/SAR/CTR), data quality, and scalable implementation practices across multiple banks and fintech partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation/solutions engineering or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Design real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data integrations.
• Configure fraud and AML detection programs and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and production-grade pipelines.
• Support SARs/CTRs/CRR regulatory workflows.
• Validate data quality and resolve integration issues.
• Educate customers to operate the platform independently.
• Manage multiple implementations with evolving requirements.
