Job summary

Simpplr is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the technical win in enterprise deals. You will run deep technical discovery, map HRIS/ITSM environments to architecture, and deliver tailored live demos and POC builds showing how AI Agents automate real workflows.

You will translate complex tech into business value for executives, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and keep sales informed with credible competitive positioning. Strong API integration skills and MCP familiarity are prized.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals.
• Run technical discovery mapping HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams to solution architecture.
• Design and deliver live demos and proof-of-concept builds with AI Agents.
• Architect and prototype agentic workflows via APIs and MCP tool connections.
• Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires.
