Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a Solutions Consultant to guide sales, deliver technical demos, and translate complex AI capabilities for HR and IT stakeholders. You will shape demos, craft compelling narratives, and partner with product to drive customer value.

This hybrid role rewards ownership, rapid execution, and a track record of closing strategic deals. The team emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continual growth, with a base salary that aligns to SF Bay/US markets and potential commissions

Qualifications

• 6+ years customer-facing Solutions Consulting experience.
• Experience in, or selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or IT.
• Affinity and experience with AI tools to work smarter, not harder - Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Hands-on experience with agentic software and ability to explain how agentic systems work to HR and IT stakeholders.
• A history of winning - landed big deals consistently.
• Exceptional communication and technical skills.
• Affinity for the startup space, AI technology, and owning, building, growing teams and the organization.
• A positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with and guide our sales team to consult prospects and customers, show how our solutions will help them, and execute technical sales discussions.
• Accelerate the sales cycle through reusable demo collateral—from verticalized environments to pre-recorded walkthroughs.
• Diagnose customer business challenges and position how our solutions can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and stories to cultivate understanding and desire for the solution and value.
• Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to ensure deals close quickly and consistently.
• Build new ways to prep demos and stay up to date on competitive intelligence.
