Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Solutions Consultant to listen to customers, understand their needs and craft compelling business solution roadmaps.

You will design customized demos, run workshops with business users, and guide the customer through the implementation to ensure value from our AI-powered platform.

You will collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to tailor demonstrations and ensure successful deployments in cloud or SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience, preferably in CRMs or software implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, software standards, databases, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Create a customized demo and tell the story that showcases the solution.
• Stay up to date on Genesys products and best practices to guide implementations.
