Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Design: create customized demos and tell the story that showcases the solution.
• Learn: stay up to date on Genesys products and industry best practices to advise customers through implementation.
