Job summary

Genesys seeks a forward-thinking solutions consultant to shape AI-powered customer experiences at scale. You will own strategy, architecture, and execution of transformation initiatives for high-growth customers and partners, driving measurable business value with Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities.

You will lead discovery, design reference architectures, prototype with APIs, and guide executive discussions while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting or similar.
• Strong fluency in AI concepts, including generative AI and AI-native design.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and real-world enterprise use cases.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience designing workflows and conversational experiences in CX environments.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern development practices.
• Hands-on coding in JavaScript or Python; experience with third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements to uncover business challenges and define high-value transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy and architecture by translating complex requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Design and deliver AI-native customer experience workflows and orchestration.
• Develop and present demos, workshops, and executive narratives to enable high-stakes conversations.
• Prototype and iterate solutions using APIs and modern development practices.
