Job summary

Genesys in the United States seeks a solutions architect to own AI-driven transformation initiatives for high-growth customers using Genesys Cloud. You will lead discovery, design workflows, and deliver measurable business value through innovative AI-enabled experiences.

You'll prototype solutions, guide executive discussions, and drive adoption while focusing on scalability, outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong fluency in AI concepts, including generative AI, agentic AI, and AI native solution design.
• Hands on experience with coding or development in languages such as JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements to uncover business challenges and define high-value transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy and architecture translating requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Design and deliver AI-native workflows and conversational experiences that improve engagement and performance.
